The Church of St. Basil, the only wooden church in Perechyn district, was built of spruce beams in the 17th century. The temple is three-nave, three-domed and designed in the Boikos style. The church acquired its modern appearance after being reconstructed in 1748. The original 17th-century nave walls, as well as the tent-like ceiling and the altar of the temple, have all been preserved. In 1932, the church towers were covered with tinplate, and in general, some extensive repair work was carried out. Originally, the floor of the church was laid with sandstone tiles, but was later replaced by a wooden floor in 1985. In addition, the walls and ceiling got covered with plasterboard, and electricity was connected. In 1988, the icons of the three-tiered iconostasis were replaced, and the icons of the Feasts tier got replaced by reproductions. Next to the church is a wooden-frame bell tower with two bells. The smaller one was cast in Prešov in 1820, whereas the large one got cast by the Transcarpathian foundryman Ferenc Egry in 1924.
