The wooden Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in the village of Siltse in the first half of the 17th century. The church was designed as an oak three-domed one and constructed in the Boikos or Lemkos style. Since then, the naves, the two layers of the former tented roof over the nave and the tent-like ceiling above the altar all have been preserved. The church was moved to Deshkovytsia in 1893 and rebuilt in the style of the Baroque basilica. A two-tiered gallery with framing was added to the main facade of the narthex. In general, the front of the church looks slender, though looking from other sides, the church seems quite bulky. Next to the Church of the Intercession is a wooden-frame two-tiered bell tower, which belongs to the most fascinating monuments of this genre.

Architectural monument of national importance.
